Furnishing the TIFF Hollywood North Style Lounge

The Hollywood North gala, a popup event leading up to the Toronto International Film Festival, provides brands a networking opportunity while paying tribute to Canadian filmmakers, producers, media and talent.

This includes a four-day private styling and gift lounge at the Toronto Fashion Academy. stylists provide hair, makeup and fashion to prepare industry professionals for the upcoming TIFF galas and events.

Film’s incorporation of music, fashion and innovation is not unlike Sunday Creative’s love for collaboration within the arts. That is why this year Sunday Creative partnered with Made By Madrigal (MBM) was chosen to outfit the Style Lounge with unique furniture pieces to provide respite and inspire creativity.

Each vintage piece has been has been re-upholstered and refinished to become an eclectic amalgamation of old and new styles, and placed throughout the lounge.

As a pop-up event, the bespoke furniture pieces have since been removed and are, therefore, seeking a new home.
