Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or if it was a custom order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

All Vintage items are non returnable. Items sold as Vintage, will have inherent imperfections such as distressed marks, lightning or darkening etc. by virtue of their age.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Custom Orders
Custom items may not be refunded due to the customization to the product.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your non-custom item within 30 days of purchase. Please mail your original item back at the address above and let us know how we can replace it for you.

Changes to Orders
If your order has already been placed, it may be difficult for us to guarantee any changes to your order details, including changing the shipping address. Please ensure that your purchase and your billing and shipping addresses are 100% correct prior to submitting your order. Thank you for your consideration!
