Very strong vintage Oscar de la Renta. Blue and charcoal striped blouse with a sculptural high neck that crosses and folds around the collar, button detail at the shoulder, and lightly gathered sleeves. The stripe placement gives it a slightly graphic, almost architectural feel — polished, but not remotely conservative.
The fabric has a soft drape with enough structure to hold the neckline and sleeve shape beautifully.
