This dramatic late-’90s/Y2K strapless ball gown pairs a fitted, fully embellished zebra-patterned bodice with an enormous sweeping skirt and layers of black tulle underneath. The silver-and-black pattern catches the light beautifully, while the structured bodice and full skirt create a very good old-Hollywood-meets-rock-and-roll silhouette.
