The fabric appears to be a structured woven wool or wool blend with a substantial hand and beautiful shape. High-waisted with soft pleating through the hips, giving it a slightly sculpted silhouette that feels very 80s designer without looking costume-y.
Fully silk lined with a side hook closure.
