A grounded 70s coffee table built around that distinctive U-form base — architectural, weighty, and materially rich.
The base pairs earthenware with teak, creating a strong contrast between raw texture and clean structure. There’s natural variation throughout the surface that reads warm and organic, while the teak keeps the form sharp and intentional. Signed, with that subtle collector detail.
Topped with 3/4" black smoked glass, the balance is what makes it work — substantial below, light above. It anchors a room without feeling heavy, and sits especially well with low seating or modular arrangements.
Strong enough to stand on its own, but originally part of a set with matching side tables, (which are also available in the shop )
